| Customer Returns in order to stay
competetive within the retail market, retailers have had to
address their customer returns policy and after sales
service. This has resulted in an increase of customer
return goods, some in fact faulty but repairable and others,
new and still boxed. These goods are finding their way into
the secondary retail markets both within the retailers
locality and abroad, at prices that are 50% below the retail
value in most cases. |

End
of Line / New Stock many retailers and
manufacturers now have a policy of not selling into the retail
market end of line goods. These are made available to
the secondary market at prices in many cases below 40% of
retail. All are new and manufacturer boxed and in most
cases with guarantees that are servicable locally. |

Retail Policy as.a general rule we do
not sell retail, in all cases we will advise the retail
purchaser of the nearest retail outlet that is
serviced by us. Where there is no retail outlet near to the
prospective buyer, we will ourselves take a view and and
supply the item (subject to availability) any such sale is at
a price so as not to compete with our own retailers. |

Wholesale
Policy a purchaser wishing to
purchase wholesale will have to show that he is a bona fide
business, either a retailer with retail outlets, an
exporter or a trader with a certain minimum level
turnover. |

Distributor
Policy our distributor policy is
very straight forward - you must be in a position to buy
volume - discounts offered you are high and therefore your
orders must be substantial. Distributors will after
a proven perriod, be asked to sign a co-operation sales
agreement, these are 12, 24 and 36 months
duration. |

Payment Policy in ALL cases we have to give pre
payment - this market has no room for credit terms
business. As we have to give pre payment we trade to the
same terms and conditions. In certain instances we will
contract for a volume but accept part payment against call off or we

Incoterms 2000 unless otherwise stated- irrespective of
where it is warehoused, Poland, UK, Holland, Denmark,
Turkey etc . Transport charges are at the buyers account and
